Mid Week Update – 25 May

by | Newsletter

Hello

Welcome to my new subscribers. I write around issues affecting those of us in our 50s and beyond, helping us to make the rest of our life our best life.

I’ve been away for a week, I spent time in Malta with my husband, Simon, and my mum, Valerie. My mum is 84 and can’t walk long distances so we had to arrange for assistance at the airport and a disabled room.

She loved seeing her brother, his wife, and her niece, and loved being in the sun and all the entertainment in the hotel. I wasn’t sure how it would go but it went very well, and we’ll be taking my mum there again next year. She got on so well in the hotel that Simon and I were able to take some time to see Malta with day trips to Valetta and Mdina and an afternoon with my cousin. I saw my Uncle and Aunty several times too.

I’m helping my mum have some good experiences, as in the next year or so it might be too difficult for her. And I’ve made some good memories for me too.

What sort of memories are you going to create this year?

and if I can be of help with you, perhaps you want to talk through some changes or plans around careers or your wider life then get in touch.

Kitchen Conversations
I have a new one created: KITCHEN CONVERSATIONS-making long term plans and I’m sure you will find it thought provoking.

You can watch it here: www.the50pluscoach.co.uk/making-lt-plans/

As a subscriber to this 50Plus list, you will also get my main newsletter, and this will be with you on Saturday.

Till next time, Denise Taylor
