Read recently about 5 habits to avoid as you get older

  • Drinking sugary beverages and eating processed foods
  • Smoking
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Being overweight or underweight
  • Drinking heavily

I think these are habits to avoid at all ages, ok, off for a walk now. You can read the full detail here
and some good tips for your daily routine here. Who knew you should not shower everyday – but I guess it depends on how sweaty you get!
